NEIL Suddenly but peacefully at Borders General Hospital on 7th. March 2018, Elizabeth (Betty) Neil of Kingsway, Peebles, dearly loved wife of the late Bill, dear mother of Avril and Graham and loving gran and great-gran of the family. Service in Borders Crematorium, Melrose today Friday 16th. March at 1.00 p.m. to which all friends are invited. Family flowers only please.
