STUART Alex (Wee Al) Nothing can take away the grief and heartache we have felt at the loss of our Wee Al. However the tremendous support we have received from the people of Peebles has given us so much comfort. We would like to thank all of you who attended the service at the Eastgate Theatre and say sorry to the people who couldn't get inside. To all of you who stood in respectful silence as Alex was driven along the High Street and to the many people whose presence at the cemetery was a wonderful act of compassion, thank you. We have been overwhelmed by letters, cards, facebook messages and floral tributes, many from people we have never met. We are deeply grateful and want you to know how much we value and cherish all your kind words and thoughts. These wonderful expressions of love and sympathy have meant so much to us. Thank you Peebles from the bottom of our hearts. Callum, Fiona, Jennifer and all the family.
