The Scottish Borders Council (High Street/Leithen Crescent, Innerleithen) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2017
The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 09:00 on 16 January 2017 and is expected to remain in effect until 16:00 on 22 January 2017. The closure is required for a network upgrade on behalf of BTOpenreach.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked along the following streets in Innerleithen:
(i) High Street- south side of the road outside Number 3 to outside Number 13A; and
(ii) Leithen Crescent- both sides of the road from outside Number 2 to outside Number 5. B FRATER, Service Director Regulatory Services
