A RABBIT charity is looking for volunteers in the Peeblesshire area and beyond to help with its work.
Rabbits Require Rights (Scotland) needs additional help at fundraising events, rabbit welfare education talks, transporting rescued rabbits to and from vet appointments, web support, social media input and any paperwork.
Good knowledge of the rabbit herbivore diet, suitable environment, natural behaviours, the need for neutered bonded company of their own species and the complex health of rabbits is preferable.
However, if you wish to learn more about these most complex little creatures do get in touch.
If you have some time to spare and are interested in the welfare of pet rabbits then please email Rabbits Require Rights at rabbitsrocksco@Hotmail.co.uk. find us on Facebook https://www.facebook.comRabbitsRequireRights
Despite being the third most popular pets in Britain, rabbits are the most neglected domestic pets. Here at RRR's, we aim to be the voice for our silent sufferers.
Please support us and add your voice to the growing problem of neglect and help us improve welfare legislation to give rabbits similar rights as our cats and dogs whilst tackling unregulated breeding and sales.
