THE Tweeddale Action Group are welcoming the Midlothian South, Tweeddale and Lauderdale candidates standing for the Holyrood Election to the Memorial Hall in Innerleithen for a special hustings event.
A flier was circulated around the community recently, inviting the public to suggest questions for the candidates. And on Monday, April 25, they will have the opportunity to address their questions to Holyrood hopefuls Christine Graham (SNP), Michelle Ballantyne (Scottish Conservatives), Fiona Dugdale (Scottish Labour), and Kris Chapman (Scottish Lib Dems).
The event is ahead of the Scottish election on Thursday, May 5, where 129 members will be elected to the Scottish Parliament.
All are welcome to attend the local hustings from 7pm-9pm to hear from their potential future MSPs and there will be the opportunity to mingle with them afterwards over tea and coffee.
