Hogarth appeared at Selkirk Sheriff Court
A PEEBLES man has appeared in private at Selkirk Sheriff Court accused of assault to severe injury and permanent disfigurement.
Scott Hogarth is charged on petition and made no no plea or declaration.
The case was continued for further examination and the 27-year-old was released on bail by Sheriff Peter Paterson.
