An eagle owl
POLICE are appealing for the witness who reported seeing a man on a quad bike, along with an eagle owl tethered to a post in the Lammermuirs, to come forward.
The appeal says: "It is essential that the person who witnessed this event make themselves known to police, as without further details as to the location and what exactly was witnessed little can be done."
