Ippolito will be sentenced on May 23 at Selkirk Sheriff Court
BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a Peebles man who caused a disturbance in a local public house.
Joseph Ippolito, 53, of Elcho Street Brae, admitted a charge of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner in the Cross keys Hotel in Northgate on October 12, and making offensive gestures to police officers.
The case will recall on May 23 and in the meantime Ippolito is banned from entering the Cross Keys Hotel.
