A MAN has been accused of driving two different motors without insurance.
Last Wednesday, Steven Penman failed to show up in the dock at the county's Justice of the Peace Court.
The 33-year-old is accused of driving a vehicle without the proper paperwork in place along Alloa's Sunnyside Road on October 10 last year.
It is alleged that Penman drove the motor with exposed ply/cord on the nearside front tyre and with inadequate tread grooves on the nearside rear tyre.
Penman, of Mount William in Sauchie, is also accused of driving another vehicle without insurance along Clackmannan's Backwood Court on February 20 this year.
Justice Mandy Shand continued the case without plea until June 7 for the accused's personal appearance.
