A WARNING of potential localised flooding has been issued for the Borders.
The Met Office have raised a yellow warning for rain for tomorrow (Saturday, May 27) between 1pm to 11pm.
Heavy and thundery showers have been forecast with the potential of hail, frequent lightning and localised flooding.
Some areas across the region could see between 20-30mm of rain in an hour or less.
The Met Office forecast for Saturday states: "Skies will brighten following a band of showery rain, though rising temperatures will cause heavy showers to develop.
"The risk of this looks slightly higher across Scotland than across England or Northern Ireland."
