PEEBLESSHIRE residents are encouraged to shop locally this weekend.
The next West Linton Market will be held this Saturday (August 5) from 9.30am to 12.30pm, with a huge range of fresh and local produce on offer.
The market is held in St. Andrews New Church Hall and in the forecourt, located in the centre of the village.
Sarah Ewing told us: "We would like to invite Peeblesshire residents to come and visit the West Linton Market this month, and stock up on all their favourites.
"We’ve got a cracking selection of stalls including meat, bread, fish, fruit and veg, fresh ready meals, olives, brownies, baking, jams and chutneys, knitwear, flowers, jewellery, artisan coffee, candles, soap, home accessories, and much more."
The West Linton market is held the first Saturday of every month, from March through to December.
