ON Friday, we reveal the entries that have made it into the Top 25 in our fantastic Pet Idol competition!

Proud pet owners across the area sent in pictures of their perfect pets in the hope of being crowned our 2017 Pet Idol and winning the £300 cash prize.

And our readers have been casting their votes to decide who will make it through.

All your votes so far will be carried over and we’ve now opened voting to get your favourite furry friend through to the Top 10.

You’ll find this week’s voting coupon on the inside back page.

We’ll print tokens at each stage and our latest round of voting will close at noon on September 29, 2017.

Remember you can enclose multiple tokens in one envelope to save on postage!

We’ll then count all the votes to whittle down the entries to our Top 10, which we’ll publish on October 6.

Then you’ll have until noon on October 20 to get your votes in to decide the ultimate winner.

We’ll announce our 2017 Pet Idol shortly after then.
