A BORDERS motorist has appeared from custody at Jedburgh Sheriff Court and admitted driving while six times the legal alcohol limit.
Graeme Haddon pleaded guilty to the offence which happened in his home village of Lamancha near West Linton at the weekend.
The 37-year-old recorded a breath/alcohol leading of 132 microgrammes - the legal limit being 22.
Haddon was fined £665 and banned from the road for two years.
