A PEEBLESSHIRE farm is encouraging folks across the area to donate to charity this spring.

For the fourth year, the team at Glenrath Farms in West Linton have launched their fundraising campaign to collect money for Marie Curie Care.

Staff members from the farm have once again placed post boxes at several roadside locations in Peeblesshire and have asked anyone who spots the boxes to donate what they can for the cause.

Ewelina Raton from Glenrath Farms told the Peeblesshire News: "It is that time of the year again when all of our beautiful daffodils raise their faces to the sun.

"Glenrath Farms have once again nominated Marie Curie as our chosen charity.

With 14 miles of daffodils along the road sides of Peeblesshire what better way to support Marie Curie.

"We hope that you will help us in raising money for this great cause by making donations at our collection boxes beside our daffodils.

"Glenrath Farms will double all donations raised and donate it to Marie Curie.

"Look out for the red collection boxes lining the country roads

of Peeblesshire and donate today."

The post-boxes sited are by the roadside near Leadburn, Broughton, Stobo, West Linton and the Manor Valley and motorists will find the miles of daffodils along the A703, A701 A72 B712, B7059 and B7016.

The floral fundraising campaign raised over £1,500 in their first two years.
