MEET and Make is a new free crafting club for people living with dementia and their carers.
The group meets fortnightly and creates things with their own hands whilst having time to chat with others, which improves everyone’s health. Carers are very welcome to join in and chat to other carers.
It’s a safe, friendly space and you are very welcome to just come along to meet other people.
If you would like to find out more please ring Mandy Durkin (Red Button Arts) on 07958158181 or 01721 723123.
Following the club's annual charity event Tommy Quinn, Chairman of Tweed Valley Pétanque Club handed over a cheque for £170.10 to Mandy Durkin.
Looking on is volunteer Janet Redfern.
