Midlothian man appears in court over garage raids
A 24-year-old man will stand trial at Selkirk Sheriff Court accused of two break-ins at two garages in Innerleithen.
Dale Murphy is accused of breaking into a garage in Princes Street, and stealing a leaf blower, a fuel can and a funnel.
He is also charged with breaking into a garage in Plora terrace and stealing a mountain bike.
Murphy of David Herkes Way, Gorebridge, denies, while acting with two others from Edinburgh, the offences which are alleged to have been committed on May 26.
A trial date has been set for July 19.
