A DOCTOR has appeared in private at Selkirk Sheriff Court accused of causing serious injury to two people by dangerous driving.
John Mosley - who is head academic of Edinburgh University’s Hospital for Small Animals - made no plea or declaration and his case was continued for examination.
It follows a road traffic accident on the A72 near the 49-year-old’s home at Blyth Bridge in Peeblesshire on June 20.
He was released on bail by Sheriff Peter Paterson pending the next court hearing.
