YOUNG Borderers aged between 16 and 25 are being sought to air their views about the problems they face travelling to and from work and school.
A survey being carried out by the Scottish Rural Action Group wants to know how the cost of travel is affecting young Scots living in rural areas with their work, studies and personal lives.
The group said: “We are looking for young Scots to tell us what they think about the cost of public transport in their area.
“We will use this information to respond to the Scottish Government’s consultation on free transport for older people and apprentices.
“The survey is really short and only takes a couple of minutes – but it could have a real impact on the future of rural transport. We want to hear about your experiences and how they impact on your work, studies and social life.”
