Scott Cook & Jez Hellard are on a UK tour and will be appearing at the Crown Inn in Biggar this Thursday at 8pm.

Canada's own prairie balladeer, Scott Cook is a tirelessly traveling songwriter who brings honesty, humour, years of roads and a deep love of humanity to his songwriting and storytelling. His straight-talking tunes weave together folk, roots, blues, country and soul influences, whether stripped down to fingerpicked acoustic guitar, banjo, ukulele, and foot percussion, or backed by his 5-piece band The Long Weekends.

He's joined by Jez Hellard, powerful singer, fine guitarist and moothy maestro, who's eaten Ice-cream in Biggar on more than a few occasions.
