Two men have created a hilarious video showing the public around Glasgow's most famous landmarks.

The pair, from Maryhill, created the parody clip after Glasgow man Dean McFarlane shot a sightseeing video around New York at the beginning of March.

The duo take us round some of Glasgow's best known sights - using Dean's original catchphrase, 'come I'll show you aboot'.

The clip begins: "Hi, this is my wee da, he used to show me aboot, now I'm going to show you aboot. Come, I'll show you aboot".

Facebook user, Mark Masterson, who features in the video can be seen standing in Springburn.

He says to the camera: "Hi there, this is KFC Springburn. This is where whatever you order, you don't get. Come, I'll show you aboot."

The clip cuts to Maryhill nightclub Framptons.

Mark says: "Hi guys, this is Framptons, Maryhill, our wee local sh**hole. Come, I'll show you about."

Mark continues to take us on a guided tour of Glasgow's finest areas before finishing off in a local barbers.

Dean McFarlane's sightseeing video of New York received over 2,000 shares on Facebook.

The funnyman originally posted the video on his Facebook profile, 'showing us aboot' the American city with a hilarious Scottish accent and American slang.

The new video posted by Mark Masterson has received over 600 shares since it was posted on social media last night.
