SPRINGFIELD Properties officially launched its West Linton show home with a popular Minions themed family fun weekend.
Staff in costumes, face-painters, and magicians entertained children whilst parents had the opportunity to view plans and the new show home planned for the first new home development built in the area in over a decade.
The Robinsland development, adjacent to the new primary school, will eventually create 91 new two, three, four and five bedroom homes and transform farm outbuildings into four new steadings in West Linton.
The four bedroom Culbin show home is the first of the new Springfield range to be built in central Scotland. The opening weekend provided an opportunity to view the high quality finish and generous room sizes.
Robinsland Sales Executive Holly Malek said: “The opening weekend was a huge success. We wanted to encourage people to come to West Linton to show off our new show home and it was great to hear such a positive reaction from everyone.”
