A 47-YEAR-OLD woman caused a disturbance at a West Linton restaurant which resulted in armed police swooping on the Peeblesshire village.
At Selkirk Sheriff Court, Jacqueline Woods pleaded guilty to having an air weapon in her possession, throwing a rock through a window, cutting the tyres of a vehicle and behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
All the offences were committed at The Old Bakehouse in Main Street, West Linton, on January 10, last year.
Woods, formerly of Deanfoot Road, West Linton and now living in Tweed Drive, Livingston, had sentence deferred until February 2 for the production of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report
