WEST Barns Star's hopes of claiming the Division A title in their last season in the Border Amateur League were officially ended by Hawick Waverley.

The Dunbar side announced this week that they would play in the Lothian and Edinburgh Leagues next season, but suffered a 5-2 loss at Waverley in their penultimate league game.
