Leading the 25-strong field in Poland are Kenya’s Silas Kilagat and Ayanleh Souleiman from Djibouti.
But O’Hare, who represents Team GB along with Lee Emanuel, will be hoping to adopt the race-plan which will give him a place in tomorrow evening’s final.
Chris has already been selected for Scotland to run in this summer’s Commonwealth Games.
This morning’s heats, which are screened on BBC 2, of the 1500 metres come under starter’s orders at 11.25am, UK time, and tomorrow’s final is scheduled for 6pm
