THORBURN Nancy (Lyne) Peacefully at home on 21st July 2020, Nancy aged 98, widow of David Thorburn, mother of Andrew, Catie (dec), Liz and David and grandmother to Elise, Julia, Clare and Isla. District Councillor for Tweeddale 1975 to 1993, DL Tweeddale 1994 – 1997. Nancy will be sorely missed by her family and friends. She lived a full and varied life. Private funeral due to current restrictions.
