Scottish Borders – the place to live and work The Scottish Borders Council (Bellfield Crescent, Eddleston) (Temporary Closing) Order 2018
The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a
maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 24 May 2018 and is
expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of
09:30 and 15:30. The Order is required for manhole repairs.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be
driven any vehicle along Bellfield Crescent, Eddleston.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via Calderbank, the A703 and Bellfield
Crescent to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.

of the publication of this notice. Alternatively, representations can be made online

view documents. To do this, please contact your nearest library to book time on a
personal computer.
Please state clearly whether you are objecting, supporting or making a general
comment. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985,
representations may be made available for public inspection.
