LOVE Dr David Anne and family would like to express their thanks to everyone who has shown such kindness and offered many expressions of sympathy, during their recent bereavement. Special thanks to the District Nurses, Palliative Care team and family doctors for all the wonderful care they gave David and the family. Thanks also to Peter Grandison for his excellent guidance in organising the funeral, and to Stewart Allan for delivering such a fitting service.
