A YELLOW warning for fog has been issued to road users this morning.
The Met Office has issued the fog warning across southern England, including Swindon, and much of the M4 corridor.
It warned of delays on the road and train networks and delays or cancellations to some flights.
Drivers are being cautioned dense fog patches will affect higher routes.
The agency suggests using dipped headlights as full beam can create a 'white wall effect' and further reduce visibility.
The warning will be in place until around 10 am this morning.
