FLOOD warnings have been issued this morning for two areas of the Borders as well as a region-wide flood alert.
Heavy overnight rain and melting snow is causing flooding concerns, particularly in the Ettrick Valley near Selkirk and the along the Tweed between Drumelzier and Dawyck in Peeblesshire.
The Scottish Environmental Protection Agency is warning that several stretches along the Ettrick Water, mainly around the caravan parks at Deephope and Hopehouse as well as sections of the B709, will be affected by rising water.
The B712 near Drumelzier is also expected to be flooded in parts as well as the area around Rachan.
