AN INNERLEITHEN photographer has followed in her dad's footsteps capturing yet another national gong.

Natalie Martin scooped eight accolades, including Wedding Photographer of the Year, at the Scottish Master Photographer of the Year Awards.

The snapper has been recognised at many ceremonies in the past.

And Natalie, who runs the Story of Love Photography, claimed her latest prizes at an event in the Grange Manor in Falkirk,

She told us: "I am no stranger to these awards now but the standard of entries was so good that I was actually shocked when my name was announced.

"One of the best things about it is I am so thrilled to be taking after my dad Kenny who is an incredible photographer and teacher.

"He won the very same award a couple of times – but in another century."

Natalie who joined the Master Photographers Association just three months ago.

And she won eight Awards of Excellence and Highly Commended merits and was also recently awarded another Wedding Photographer of the Year 2019 title with Professional Photography Magazine.

She has also recently picked up a Bronze Award from the British Institute of Professional Photographers – coming third in its national competition.

And Natalie loves specialising in wedding photography.

She added: "I love how every wedding is different and takes me to some beautiful places, venues and work with amazing couples.

"The highlight is the bride and grooms reactions when I get to relive their day with them showing them their photos.

"Special moments are being asked to photograph a photographer I admire son’s wedding days... no pressure then."
