The brownfield site on Peebles Road
PLANS have been tabled for a 16-apartment development in Innerleithen.
Carlisle-based Cubby Developments want to erect a three-storey building on a former works yard off Peebles Road.
As well as the 16 two-bedroom apartments, the full application is for a rear parking area to cater for 24 vehicles.
The full application will be considered by Scottish Borders Council over the coming weeks.
