25-year-old denies child assault in West Linton
A 25-year-old man denies committing two offences at a house in West Linton on December 19.
John MacDonald of Gowanbank, Livingston, pleaded not guilty to charges of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner and assaulting a child.
A trial date has been set for August 13 at Selkirk Sheriff Court with an intermediate hearing on July 29.
