A 48-year-old woman has been remanded in custody at Jedburgh Sheriff Court after being accused of wasting police time by making false allegations against her former husband.
Lisa Gray denies a total of five offences which are alleged to have been committed in Peebles and at police area control rooms in Motherwell and Glasgow between February 3 and March 25.
She pleaded not guilty and a trial date was fixed for August 1 with an intermediate hearing on July 15.
Gray of Kilsyth, Lanarkshire, had a motion for bail refused and she was remanded in custody.
