Arrest warrant issued for alleged Peebles petrol thief
A MOTORIST accused of receiving petrol at a Peebles station and not paying for it has had a warrant granted for his arrest.
Alan Watson, 22, of Woodburn Street, Dalkeith, previously pleaded not guilty to five offences said to have happened at the BP Filling Station in Innerleithen Road, between October and March.
He failed to show at Selkirk Sheriff Court for an intermediate trial hearing and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
