A 45-year-old man has been accused of two domestic-related offences in Peebles.
James Archibald denies shouting and swearing at his partner at a house in George Street on July 25, and uttering a threat of extreme violence.
He also pleaded not guilty to assaulting the woman to her injury.
Archibald of Myrtle Crescent, Bilston, will stand trial at Selkirk Sheriff Court on November 7 with an intermediate hearing on October 21.
