AFTER months of voting, we can now reveal the winner of Pets Factor 2019 is..... Cooper and Willow.

Readers of the Border Telegraph and our sister paper the Peeblesshire News voted in their hundreds for their favourite entrant this year.

And this year's perfect pets are pooch Copper and cat Willow.

Owner Graeme Dobson, who lives in George Street, Innerleithen, is delighted to have scooped the £300 prize and the coveted title.

He said: "We were very pleased indeed to find out Cooper and Willow have won this year's competition.

"Cooper, who is a Cocker Spaniel, is two years old and Willow is three.

"We have had them both from puppy and kitten stage."

And the pair get into plenty of mischief together.

Graeme added: "They both roll around on the floor and play together.

"And if it gets a bit rough, Willow just climbs up out of the way.

"We are pleased they have both won and we are pleased to have won the prize.

"We might put the money away, which will help us pay for vets bills in the future.

"But we will make sure Cooper and Willow get a few little prizes along the way too."
