YOU better watch out, You better not cry, You better not pout, I'm telling you why...
Santa Claus is coming to town
And he's even got a sparkling new sleigh.
The Peebles and District Round Table Santa Sleigh has become a familiar sight on local streets during the lead up to Christmas.
But after 34 years of carrying the great man around the towns and villages, his sleigh was in need of an overhaul.
Far beyond the skillset of the current Round Table members, Malcolm Bruce of the Peebles Callants was approached to help.
And he quickly galvanised the support of other Callants.
With Malcolm and Norman Elder undertaking the bulk of the technical work it wasn't long until Santa's sleigh was back to its best.
Not only did they rebuild the sleigh, they upgraded the electrics, seating and storage.
And with the support of local businesses and organisations, the Round table and Santa now have a sleigh that will sparkle across the region for many years to come.
Sean Byrne, Chair of Peebles and District Round Table, told us: "The Callants have worked tirelessly to ensure that Santa’s Sleigh is ready for December.
"In addition to the Callants, we would particularly like to thank the Peebles Christmas Lights Association, Impact Landscapes, Crossburn Caravans and CCA signs for help with lights, building materials, accessories and graphics.
"This is a fantastic example of what a great community Peebles is and how we come together for the common good.
"All of the money raised from donations received will go straight back into our local community."
Starting on Sunday, Santa will be out and about in his sleigh.
