STUDENTS from Peebles High School have been moved to Priorsford Primary School to be collected by parents.
Local Peebles pupils at Priorsford Primary are also being kept warm and fed.
Pupils from outlying areas are being taken to the Old Parish Church until the end of the day.
Donations from Tesco have been brought to pupils at the Old Parish Church who have food and water.
Pupils can be collected by parents from Piorsford, however, requests have been made that no cars travel towards the church as this will block the road for buses.
Buses are currently in Kingsmeadow car park awaiting departure to bring outlying student home.
If parents choose to collect their children from the Parish Church, they must not park in the church and will only be able to collect their children as they will only be released to their own parents.
All remaining students will be bussed home, however this will be later.
Students' bags are still in the school and can be collected once access to the school is open again.
