31-year-old accused of sending obscene texts
A GALASHIELS man has appeared from custody at Selkirk Sheriff Court and denied breaching the Communications Act by sending messages of an obscene nature.
Alex Russell, 31, also faces two charges of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
A trial date has been fixed for January 20 and he was remanded in custody until then.
