A1 closed to high-sided vehicles following lorry overturning
DRIVERS are being advised to avoid the A1 after a lorry was blown over earlier this morning.
Although the vehicle near the Torness Power Station has been cleared, the road has been closed to all high-sided vehicles due to the high winds.
The closures were initially in place from Eyemouth to Berwick, but have now been extended all the way north to Old Craighall.
