A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a 49-year-old man who failed to appear for his trial at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Peter Marriott, formerly of Farrier Court in Kelso, and now living in Nottingham, has denied behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at a property in Foulden, Berwickshire on May 29.
He is also charged with shouting, threatening to throw a drink at others and kicking external doors, as well as pleading not guilty to wilfully or recklessly breaking a window.
