39-year-old accused of two assaults on her ex
A 39-year-old woman has been accused of assaulting her partner on two occasions.
Suzanne Baxter of Boonraw Road, Kelso, denies the assaults at houses in Maxmill Park and Rennie Court in Kelso on July 25 and September 29.
She also pleaded not guilty to shouting and swearing at Borders General Hospital and inside a police vehicle as well as breaking a light fitting.
A trial will take place at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on March 5 with an intermediate hearing on February 17.
