31-year-old accused of assault and vandalism
A BROUGHTON man is facing trial on a total of five complaints.
David Manson, 31, of Smithy Croft, has been accused of varied charges including assault, dangerous driving and vandalism.
A trial date has been set for March 24 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
His bail conditions include not driving a vehicle until his trial date.
