COMMUNITY leaders in the remote valleys below Selkirk have circulated photos in a bid to snare a fly-tipper.
Half a dozen bags of rubbish, builder's rubble, carpets and old tiles were dumped on land close to the picturesque Ettrick Marshes.
Although the unsightly items are being removed from the land at Tima by Scottish Borders Council, the local community council has circulated photos in an attempt to identify who was responsible.
A spokeswoman for Ettrick and Yarrow Community Council said: "If anyone recognises anything from the photos which may help apprehend the culprits, please let us know."
