MORE than £22 million in coronavirus support has been approved for Borders businesses.
Scottish Borders Council (SBC) has been managing a portion of the Scottish Government’s Business Support Fund.
More than 2,000 payments have now been processed, according to the local authority, amounting to a total of £22.4 million.
Two forms of one-off help are available – a £10,000 grant and a £25,000 grant, with differing eligibility criteria.
