DOG owners have been warned about livestock worrying in the Borders.
Police say they have been receiving a growing number of reports.
In a statement published on Twitter on May 18, Scottish Borders Police said: "We are asking dog owners to be mindful of the effects of livestock worrying.
"A person can be found guilty of 'worrying' without their dog actually having any physical contact with livestock."
