POLICE are seeking help after windows were smashed at a Borders post office.

The premises at the Eastgate, Peebles, suffered damage to two windows at around 10.25pm on June 2.

A police spokesperson said: "Police are interested in speaking with a male who was in the area at the material time and described as white male, 16 to 18 years old with dark short hair, wearing dark bottoms and a white, grey and navy top.

"Anybody with information is asked to contact 101 quoting incident 610 of June 3, 2020, or alternatively by contacting crime stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
