A LEADING Borders hotel has been put on the market.
Carfraemill Hotel, near Lauder, is being sold by Christie & Co on behalf of owners Jim and Jo Sutherland.
Christie & Co’s regional director for Scotland, Brian Sheldon, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for prospective purchasers to acquire a first-class business and property in a great location and to further grow the business.”
The hotel, bought by the Sutherlands in 1997, has an asking price of £795,000.
It has been described by Christie & Co as one of the most “iconic” hospitality businesses in the Borders.
