AN INVESTIGATION has been launched after a trailer was stolen in the Borders.
The incident happened in the Friarshaugh area of Kelso between 1pm and 3.45pm yesterday (Tuesday), according to police.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A 14-foot-long, flatbed, four-wheel Ifor Williams trailer was stolen.
"If you have any information regarding this incident, please contact us on 101 using incident number 2428 of August 11.
"Alternatively if you have any information about this, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers 100 per cent anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form at crimestoppers-uk.org"
