A MAN has been fined £350 for threatening to send an intimate image of a partner or ex-partner.
Barry Johnston, 34, of Branxholme Road, Hawick, pleaded guilty to the offence, which happened in the town’s Burnfoot area on May 10.
Johnston was fined £350 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court, with a £20 victim surcharge imposed too.
